When you order

Your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, the items you buy and your order history. You enter these on our secure checkout, which is operated by Wix.

Payment details

Card and wallet payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are processed by Wix. We never see or store your full card number.

Your account

If you create a Burbank Merch account, your email address, sign-in details, saved addresses and order history are kept in that account, which is also run by Wix.

Our storefront does not set cookies. It keeps your bag and favorites in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time in your browser settings. The checkout and account pages are run by Wix and use Wix's own cookies to make checkout and sign-in work.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because our storefront does not track you across websites or use third-party tracking, it works the same whether or not that signal is sent.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@burbankmerch.com. We may keep some records where the law requires it, such as records of completed orders for tax purposes.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time with the link in any email. California residents may also ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing; we do not.

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil and support your order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe.

We employ robust security measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your data from unauthorized access. Payments are handled by Wix's secure checkout, and your payment details are never stored by us.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
